Mosaic Minds was created to build spaces where
neurodivergent children, teens, adults, and families
can feel understood, supported, connected, and included.
We recognize that every mind works differently.
Our goal is not to make neurodivergent people fit
into environments that were not designed for them.
We work to create environments, supports, and
opportunities that recognize individual strengths,
support needs, communication styles, sensory
differences, interests, and ways of experiencing
the world.
Our work is grounded in neurodiversity-affirming,
strengths-based, person-centered, inclusive, and
practical approaches. We serve people across the
lifespan and work collaboratively with families,
professionals, schools, community organizations,
and other partners.

Mosaic Minds welcomes people with a wide range
of developmental and neurodivergent profiles.
This may include people with autism, ADHD,
intellectual or developmental disabilities,
Down syndrome, learning differences, sensory
processing differences, executive functioning
challenges, social communication differences,
and other developmental or neurodivergent
support needs.
We recognize that people with the same diagnosis
can have very different strengths, communication
styles, developmental levels, interests, and
support needs. Programming should reflect the
individual rather than rely on a one-size-fits-all
approach.

We envision communities where neurodivergent
people do not have to constantly change themselves
in order to belong. Inclusion is more than allowing
someone into a space; it means creating a space
in which they can meaningfully participate
as themselves.
Our long-term vision is to help build communities
where neurodivergent individuals have opportunities
for connection, friendship, recreation, independence,
self-advocacy, meaningful participation, and support
across the lifespan.
